Many of my clients prefer to book in for an individual one on one session with me so that they can be supported to enhance their Relaxation Meditation practice.

During this time I will support them to use their breath and to become more grounded and present in their bodies and with themselves. I then guide them using visual meditation techniques.
 
Sessions can also be designed to incorporate specific goal setting and affirmations to further enhance the desired outcome.
 
These individual and couple sessions can happen from my practice room in Bucklands Beach, Auckland or with a Skype or phone call (loud speaker).
 
Group classes and workplace visits are also available by request.
